English on stage. Your Italian underneath.

Innoweek 2026, 8 October. Read the English out loud; the grey line underneath is the same thing in Italian, so you always know where you are. Five minutes, three of you on stage: confirmed by Angelo Marra by email on 4 September.

9slides, their order, no skipping

Good morning. I'm Francesco, co-founder of Ri-Hub. We bring a real physiotherapist into your home, one-to-one by video, at 29.90 euro a session. We are raising 400,000 euros.
Buongiorno. Cerchiamo 400 mila euro.
2Slide 02 · the problem and why now Daniele 0:11 – 0:57
[02] When I say physiotherapist, you picture hands. More than half of Italian physiotherapists don't use them: 60% work with exercise, fewer than one in a hundred with massage. [pausa] So the real work is done by the patient, at home — and that is where it breaks. In Europe 400 million people need rehabilitation, nearly half the population, and two out of three never finish it. In the public system you wait six to nine months. A private session costs 40 to 50 euros, and every time you have to get there. And this is the moment: telemedicine adoption is four times what it was before Covid, since 2021 tele-rehabilitation is in Italy's national guidelines, and two bills would make it doctor-prescribable.

[03] Not an exercise app. A real physiotherapist, registered with the national board, who watches you move and corrects you while you do it. And this is not a fallback: 60% of Italian physiotherapists work mainly with exercise, not with the treatment table. A free assessment first, then two or three sessions a week with the same physiotherapist, from home, and between sessions the app keeps you going. No patents, and I won't pretend otherwise: what protects us is 4,822 keywords on page one of Google, the trademark, and 35 physiotherapists selected out of 500.

[04] 270 billion worldwide, 5 in Europe, 20 million servable in Italy today — almost empty. The first channel already works and we did not pay for it: organic. Then creators and podcasts. Paid stays gated. And corporate welfare: tax-deductible, easy to sell.

[05] 879 sessions since launch, 58 customers, 215 euros of average revenue per patient. Our first corporate client ran a five-month pilot: 456 sessions delivered, and they are now introducing us to other clinics.

But these are the numbers I care about. The literature says two in three never complete their care. With us, four in five do: 66 courses out of 81, closed. And one patient in two buys again within ninety days — this is not a one-off purchase, they come back.

On the app we score 4.9 out of 5, five stars on Google and on the App Store, 4.7 on Trustpilot. Those reviews are written by people who were in pain and are not any more. [pausa] Twelve months since the first sale, and we have not switched capacity on yet.
In app siamo a 4,9 su 5, cinque stelle su Google e su App Store, 4,7 su Trustpilot.

[06] A session is 29.90 for thirty minutes with the physiotherapist looking only at you, or 49.90 for the fifty-minute session. The physiotherapist earns what an in-clinic associate earns, 14.90 stays with us, and our only other cost is 41 cents of video. Groups are already built into the app: same condition, same slot, up to six. At two, contribution goes from 14.90 to 24.80; with a full group, 99.

[06] Three years, built on the unit economics you have just seen, not on multiples. We go from 300 to 2,000 sessions a month, revenue from 100 to 670 thousand, and EBITDA crosses zero in 2029. Years four and five take us to 2.6 million: those two are indicative, the first three are the ones we commit to.

[07] There are three of us, all full-time. Daniele and Simone are physiotherapists on the national register, protocols and operations; I do business, product and growth. Two clinicians and someone who builds and sells: that's the whole company.
Siamo in tre, tutti a tempo pieno.

[08] 400,000 euros on a SAFE, capped at 2.5 million post-money. Half to make the service known, half into the team. That buys four things: groups live in January 2027, where a full group goes from 14.90 to 99; a hundred paying patients a month; from one corporate client to four or six; and the first EU country by late 2027.

[09] [pausa] We built the product with our own money. The capital isn't there to keep us alive: the problem isn't that the service doesn't work, it's that nobody knows it exists. Come and talk to us afterwards. Thank you.
Venite a parlarci dopo. Grazie.
